Why I’m starting this conversation

I want everyone at Liberty to understand what we’re building and see an opportunity to be part of it. I’m making the time to share more of our story, our history, our direction, and to hear more feedback from the team.

There’s a lot to talk about, and we’ll take it a little at a time: how Liberty got here, why we do the work that we do, and where we can go from here. Some updates will be about fleet work, some about fire service, and some about the opportunities ahead for the team.

This page gives us a place to keep that conversation going. The updates will be short, and you’ll be able to come back to them when you have time. We’ll keep building the conversation as we go.
